Ahead of the nation's 250th anniversary, I set out to document Tampa the way I know it — neighborhood by neighborhood, story by story. The project pairs local history with music and media so the character of each community is captured and preserved, not just described. FOX 13 covered it, and it was picked up nationally.
This is the heart of how I see real estate. A place isn't square footage and comps — it's the people, the history, and the everyday life that make a block feel like home. Helping tell that story is the work I care about most.
